God Operating in Your Daily Life

“The Operation of God” – God wants to operate in our lives. How does He convey that this will occur? Colossians 2:11-12 uses the phrase “The operation of God.” “The operation of God” is something we have faith in – that is, we know He will raise us up as we identify with His own death and burial, laying down our lives that He might reign in us.

Solidifying your identity with Christ involves cementing yourself to the daily cross He ordained, commanded, and instructs you to take up. When you do, you will live raised up by His resurrection power, and will not only overcome those things which displease Him but much more, bear much fruit for His eternal glory.

Those who are dead and buried with Christ or resurrected daily and reign by Christ in this life (Rom. 5:17). His reciprocal resurrection power lifts up the laid down believer in His power.

Is the “operation of God” transpiring in your daily life friend? God will operate in my life in accordance to my love obedience to Him in laying down my life. As I go down in death to self, the One who is “the resurrection and the life” will raise me up in His glorious anointing to bring glory to His holy name as He advances His heavenly kingdom in and through my vessel (John 11:25).

“Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body. 11 For we which live are alway delivered unto death for Jesus’ sake, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh. 12 So then death worketh in us, but life in you.” 2 Corinthians 4:10-12
